Shipping

We offer both free and express shipping to customers in the UAE. Free shipping takes 3-5 business days for delivery, while express shipping takes next-day or 2-day delivery. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or public holidays.

If you select express shipping, your order will be prioritized and shipped as soon as possible. If you select free shipping, your order will be shipped via standard ground shipping.

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information, including your full name, phone number, and delivery address. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days for a full refund. Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you receive an incorrect item or quantity, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and ship you the correct item or quantity as soon as possible.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following types of items:
